Qualification: Graduate

Salary: upto 3LPA

Experience –

• Minimum Graduate
• Minimum of 1 yr of B2B sales experience if not a post graduate
• If experienced, Preferred industries - Staffing, HR tech (payroll, expense management, compliance), CASA sales, B2B sales - hotel industry

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Willing to initiate meaningful conversations and pitches
• Keen to learn recruitment industry practices and challenges
• Punctual and diligent

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Database Development
• Lead Conversion & New employer activation onto portal
• Open jobs on the portal
• Quarterly revenue generated

Overview

A sales associate needs to present recruitment solutions to Startups, SME's and Corporates.

Tasks

• Lead Generation - Door knocking into corporate parks and business offices with a mission to map and engage the employer data
• Follow Up - Onboarding employers as clients over telephonic interactions and email confirmations
• Handover - Connect employer with the Aasaanjobs Servicing Team and ensure knowledge transfer
• Relationship Management - Handhold the employer and oversee a seamless recruitment transaction
• Revenue Targets - Share and keep track of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets and achieve bonus pay
