Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Controller to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Experience in the food production industry, particularly in spices and coffee
- Proficiency in quality assurance techniques and tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Knowledge of coffee roasting techniques and spice processing
- Understanding of food technology and safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Roles And Responsibilities - Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities
- Train and educate staff on quality control practices and standards
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and certifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations related to quality control
