Job Type : Work from office (Weekly 5 days Monday to Friday)Job Description :- The Lotus Notes lead will design, develop, and support application solutions with a focus on building and testing Lotus Notes Based applications. This role encompasses designing, developing, and/or re-engineering highly complex application components, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. - The development team will engage in both new development activities and support production break/fix, as well as dev/ops activities. The role involves participating in requirements/user story analysis and designing complete activities related to the assigned user stories based on priority. - The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, exhibit creative solutions, and think out of the box. Collaboration with other team members, stakeholders, and support functions is essential, with a continued focus on improving applications.Required Technical and Professional Expertise :- Experience in the development and support of Lotus Notes Domino applications and exposure to Notes Architecture and Coding for Notes solutions.- Designing X-Pages and developing Domino Web Applications.- Experience in Data Management/data integrity across multiple applications, including creating, updating DB2 SQL queries and imports to meet business needs.- Supporting the Sun and Son data modeler and export to DB2, creating/run special agents to fix data, and running manual reports if needed.- Experience in Design Refresh, creating and maintaining replicas, and Deployments.- Experience in Domino administration.- Proficiency in translating requirements into a solution and engaging with business and technical stakeholders throughout the analysis, design, build, and release stages of the project.Technical Skills :- IBM/HCL Notes and Domino 9.0.1 and above- HTML/JavaScript/Basic Java- XPages Development- Lotusscript/Formula Language- Basic knowledge of Domino administration- Database MaintenanceSoft Skills :- Good communication skills.
