Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the organization. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and leading the sales efforts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities - Identify new business opportunities and leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead the sales process and pitch products or services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage and update sales pipeline and CRM.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Travel to meet clients and prospects as needed.
- Participate in product and sales training.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
