Job Summary:

As a Tele caller for Training Sales, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling training programs and courses offered by our organization.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our training offerings, addressing their inquiries, and persuading them to enroll in our programs.
Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of our training department.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest or shown previous engagement with our training programs.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the training programs, courses, and certifications offered by the organization to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling and persuasive sales pitch to prospective customers, highlighting the value, benefits, and advantages of our training programs.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the training programs.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest and readiness to enroll in our courses.

Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled, providing additional information and addressing any objections.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the training department.

CRM Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share feedback, and optimize sales strategies.

Market Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback from customer interactions to help improve training program offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing or tele-sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Resilient and adaptable to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
