Company Description This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading e-commerce brand in its nascent stages. We are looking to hire an investment associate who will be working closely with the management and creative director.
Role Description Serve as an advisor to the Founder on business strategy across all parts of the business Assist in and lead parts of all things investment and fundraising at Tagore. This will entail working closely with the founder, investors, and other external partners. You will be responsible for work streams spanning pitch development, investment research, financial analysis, due diligence, outreach, and everything in between. Maintain relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed about company developments, financial performance, and key milestones periodically. You will serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests Own, manage, coordinate, and drive execution for all strategic projects Assist with team building, hiring, and mentoring to the wider business Troubleshoot operational issues independently to align with strategic objectives Monitor operations and perform various administrative tasks to help the planning and execution of business plans Carry out business analysis, subsequently formulate plans of action, and ensure implementation. You may find yourself working solo or leading any team and owning, managing, coordinating, and driving execution for all strategic projects Qualifications Strong understanding of fundraising, investment process, and material preparation Strong understanding of financial statements experience in carrying out investment research, financial modeling, and preparing B-plans, pitch decks Are highly skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field Experience in the fashion industry is a plus A stipend of INR 5,000 per month Chance of conversion into a Full-time role after 3 months with ESOPs and a competitive pay package Tagore By Nandini is an equal opportunity employer.
