Job description
We are seeking an Online Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive website traffic and increase conversion rates. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Create engaging and persuasive content for online marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas of improvement and optimize conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an online marketing or e-commerce role. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization. Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong team player and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job tags
