Job description

• Planning and execution of new Installations and changeover on lines
• Installation of new SPM lines and equipment.
• Expert in programming & troubleshooting of PLC-Beckhoff & Omron . Robots Yamaha.
• CCD / Vision inspection System ( charge-coupled device , Vision system and other third
• party instruments of old machines and new installations.
• Good Know how of sensors , Encoders, Servo & steper motors and Up keep of all the
• software and programs of machines and other equipment.
• Troubleshooting of Electrical Problems for better maintenance and life of equipment.
• Responsible to achieve KPI targets and maintain required cycle time of machines.
• Creating Operating procedures and documentation of best demonstrative practices for
• easy troubleshooting
