Job description
Responsibilities:
AV Solution Design:
v Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and project managers to gather requirements and understand project goals.
v Design and engineer comprehensive AV solutions that align with client needs, budget, and industry standards.
v Create detailed AV system diagrams, equipment lists, and installation plans.
v Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for AV technologies and equipment.
Pre-sales Support:
v Assist sales teams with technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
v Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase AV capabilities and features.
v Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements and provide consultative guidance.
v Develop system configurations, quotes, and proposals based on client specifications.
Technical Consultation:
v Provide technical advice and guidance to clients regarding AV technologies, standards, and best practices.
v Conduct site visits and assess existing AV infrastructure for integration and compatibility.
v Collaborate with internal teams to address technical queries and provide solutions to client concerns.
Project Collaboration:
v Work closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure successful execution of AV designs.
v Provide input and support during the project planning and implementation stages.
v Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source AV equipment and ensure timely delivery.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies, trends, and industry standards. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge. Share insights and knowledge with colleagues and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
v Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical & Computer Science Engineering
v Proven experience in AV design engineering and pre-sales support.
v Strong knowledge of audio-visual technologies, including audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and networked AV solutions.
v Proficiency in CAD software for designing AV system diagrams.
v Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
v Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
v Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
v Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
