Position: Associate - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities: Investor Communication:

Act as the primary conduit for communication between Artha Group and its investors, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent interactions. Database Management:

Oversee the management of investor databases and marketing calendars, aligning them with fund activities and strategic goals. Reporting and Presentations:

Craft insightful presentations and reports for investors, showcasing fund performance, strategies, and future outlooks. Investor Relations Programs:

Spearheading development and implementation of investor relations programs, incorporating feedback to enhance fund offerings. Event Management:

Lead the planning and execution of online and offline events for investors to foster strong relationships and ensure effective communication. This includes webinars, meetings, and investor briefings. Investor Queries Tracker:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracker for investor queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Utilize this tracker to analyze trends and continuously improve investor relations strategies. Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to guarantee accurate financial reporting and adherence to legal standards. Continuous Communication:

Maintain regular contact with investors, updating them on portfolio performance and addressing any queries or concerns. Feedback Analysis:

Analyze feedback from investors to refine fund strategies and improve investor relations practices continually.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Required: A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Investor Relations, with a strong preference for candidates with experience working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) or wealth management firms, particularly in financial reporting and performance analysis. You demonstrated expertise in managing investor databases, creating detailed financial reports, and presenting complex financial data to stakeholders. Proven track record in organizing investor relations programs and events, focusing on enhancing investor engagement and satisfaction.

Skill Set: Communication:

Exceptional ability to distill and convey complex financial concepts to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and engagement. Analytical Proficiency:

Advanced capability in financial analysis, with a detailed understanding of investment portfolios, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in using financial analysis tools, investor relations software, and CRM systems, and experience with compliance and reporting standards relevant to RIAs and wealth management. Time Management:

Outstanding organizational skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation: Annual CTC:

₹21 lakhs, inclusive of ₹18 lakhs base salary and ₹3 lakhs annual retention bonus. Additional Benefits:

Performance-related bonuses and eligibility for participation in portfolio carry.
