Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Social Media Manager role at Quarterpillars Media located in Pune with some flexibility for remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing social media marketing plans, creating content, monitoring social media platforms, analyzing metrics, and maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of experience in social media management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Uasage of phone Camera to create USER GENERATED CONTENT IF REQUIRED
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their features
Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in creating engaging copy and visuals for organic and paid campaigns
An analytical mindset and knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and project management skills
A creative thinker, problem-solver, and team player
