Retail Operations Coordinator

CTC:

20k to 25k CTC per month - negotiable

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Retail Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our retail sales efforts, coordinating activities between sales representatives, resellers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the implementation of retail sales strategies to achieve sales targets, quotas, and objectives.

2. Coordinate sales activities between sales representatives and distributors, dealers, customers and dispatch team ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

3. Receive next month order projections from sales staff and forward to the dispatch team.

4. Advise sales staff on overdue payments and follow up with sales staff, distributors, dealers, and customers to receive payments as per payment terms.

5. Ensure all retail tasks are logged correctly and appropriately on the company’s CRM system

6. Monitor sales performance and generate reports to track sales trends, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

7. Handle customer inquiries related to payments and dispatches and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

8. Assist in the organization and execution of retail events, such as product launches, demonstrations, and promotions.

10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or Accounting preferred. 2) Proven experience in retail sales or customer service role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives. 3) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams. 5) Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising principles. 6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 7) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Proficiency in Tally ERP is a

MUST. 2)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
