At Futurense, we realized that with the rapid growth of AI and its widespread adoption, many engineers would become casualties of this advancement. Therefore, we worked backward to identify specific problems faced by Indian engineers and developed solutions accordingly. We are currently focusing on four key problems at Futurense :

Zero Cost Upskilling - Many deserving individuals lacked the resources to upskill and couldn't afford to forgo their salaries to focus on self-improvement. We have pioneered an industry-defining model that upskills people for free while providing them with salaries. This model is financially structured through partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, where we act as their talent partner in specialized areas.

Access to US Masters - Attaining a master's degree from top US universities was often financially out of reach for most people. To address this issue, we established India's first pathway program between top US universities and IITs/IIMs, reducing the total cost by more than 50% and enabling completion of the degree in just 12 months.

Second Chance at IIT Dream - With an extremely low selection rate of 0.6%, the IIT brand holds a special place in the hearts of many tech enthusiasts. We believe that individuals should be given a second chance to become an IITian. To achieve this, we collaborated with multiple IITs to launch their first academic degree programs focused on AI, facilitated by MAANG experts.

Job-Focused BTech Degrees - We firmly believe that to bring about meaningful change at scale, BTech education needs to be reshaped. We have partnered with specific universities, taking control of their entire BTech education through meticulously designed four-year programs that go beyond textbooks. Our programs prioritize practical, industry-driven skills, ensuring that graduates are not just degree-holders but job-ready professionals.

Job Description:

As a Career Coach specializing in sales, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals at various stages of their sales careers, from entry-level sales representatives to seasoned sales executives. You will provide personalized coaching, mentorship, and career development strategies to help clients achieve their sales goals, advance their careers, and maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Career Coaching :

Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with students who have participated in study abroad programs, helping them reflect on their experiences and identify transferable skills, strengths, and areas for further development. Assist students in setting career goals and developing action plans to align their study abroad experiences with their long-term professional aspirations. Resume and Cover Letter Development

: Review and provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and other application materials, ensuring that students effectively showcase their study abroad experiences, language proficiency, cultural competencies, and relevant skills to prospective employers or graduate schools. Interview Preparation

: Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback to help students prepare for job interviews, internship opportunities, or graduate school admissions, emphasizing the significance of their study abroad experiences and cross-cultural competencies. Networking and Professional Development :

Offer guidance on networking strategies, personal branding, and online presence to help students expand their professional network and connect with alumni, employers, and industry professionals interested in candidates with international experience. Organize workshops, panel discussions, and networking events focused on career development topics relevant to study abroad alumni, such as global job search strategies, cross-cultural communication, and navigating cultural differences in the workplace. Cross-Cultural Competence

: Facilitate activities and discussions aimed at enhancing students' cross-cultural competence, intercultural communication skills, and global mindset, fostering their ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments. Program Evaluation and Alumni Engagement :

Collect feedback from study abroad alumni to assess the effectiveness of career coaching services and identify areas for improvement. Maintain ongoing communication with study abroad alumni to provide continued support, resources, and networking opportunities as they progress in their careers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales professionals preferred. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, motivate clients, and inspire action. Proficiency in resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and job search strategies specific to the sales industry. Demonstrated ability to adapt coaching approaches to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual clients. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
