The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to various HR functions and assist in employee onboarding, HR administration, and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• HR Administration: Provide administrative support in various HR activities, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documents, and handling HR inquiries.
• HRIS Management: Assist in updating and maintaining HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
• Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with conflict resolution.
• Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs and assist in organizing development opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
