Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Process Consultant with expertise in the application and documentation processes for Australian (AUS), Canadian Permanent Residency (CAN PR), and all temporary visa categories. The primary responsibility will be:Â
- Proficient in handling end-to-end processes for AUS, CAN PR, and various temporary visas.Â
- Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs and provide recommendations based on their individual circumstances.
- Prepare and submit immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents accurately and efficiently.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
- Communicate with government agencies, legal representatives, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and immigration cases.
- Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their immigration applications and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize processes and improve service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in processing AUS, CAN PR, and temporary visa applications.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
- Gender: Open to applications from both male and female candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for document preparation and case management.
- Certification from recognized immigration consulting or law association is preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
