Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Expertise in bug tracking and defect management
- Experience in test planning and test case generation
- Proficiency in test automation using industry-standard tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the testing team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the testing process
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
- Identify and report bugs and issues
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
- Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback on test artifacts
- Document test results and maintain test documentation
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
