Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SQL DB Support Engineer at Quadrant Technologies in Hyderabad. The SQL DB Support Engineer will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
The candidate should have experience in providing technical support and have a strong understanding of operating systems. They should possess excellent customer service and communication skills. In addition, experience with SQL database management systems and bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases is a plus, as well as having ITIL, MCSE, or similar certifications.
