Job description
Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly.
Facilitate newcomers joining formalities.
Review and update job descriptions for all positions regularly.
Handle salary and payroll and yearly forms for employees.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates as per the needs of the organization.
Handle all employee inquires and grievances.
Follow up on confirmation records of statutory obligations- PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus, etc.
Communicate and explain the companys policies to the employees.
Prepare and submit all necessary HR letters, documents, certificates, and attendance in consultation with management
Actively involve in employee engagement programmes (Birthday, Anniversary, Festival Parties).
Required Skillsets
Candidates with excellent communication skills
Should have a positive attitude, be confident, and goal-oriented.
Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
Should be target-oriented and capable of handling work pressure.
Qualifications:
UG: Any Graduate
PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
