Job description
You will be responsible for generating work orders and ensuring that work is completed correctly in a timely manner. Your knowledge in the domain will help in providing detailed technical training to colleagues. You will support the work team operation to ensure that applicable safety guidelines/policies are followed, and that all tasks are conducted in accordance with appropriate processing standards, such as current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

- Prioritize own workflow and assist in prioritizing the workflow of less-experienced colleagues.
- Keep accurate records as needed for solution manufacture and prepare solutions as directed by work order.
- Recognize when processes, procedures, equipment, product, commodities, etc. are out of specifications.
- Check improper use or monitoring of equipment that may result in substantial downtime, equipment and material or product loss.
- Support supervisor to execute investigations, analyze process data and identify and implement process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and metrics from Pfizers Learning Solution and Quality Tracking System to identify training needs and progress with the unit.
Qualifications Must-Have

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand applicable compendial methods, Standard Operating Procedures, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and its application standards, processes and policies
- Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to multi-task
Role:
- Shall be responsible for safely receive, safe storage and safe destruction of waste/rejects are scrap yard.
- Supervise loading/unloading, safe storage, destruction and timely disposal activity at scrap yard.
- Shall take care of Scissor lift operation for height work access/rescue and other work purpose.
- Shall take care of Drum trolley & Pallet trolley operation for loading of materials.
- Ensure all mechanical equipments are inspected through competent agency & maintained in good condition.
- Ensure safe crushing activity both glass & plastic crushers, any breakdown stop the machine and inform to Engineering for rectification.
- Ensure received waste are appropriately categorizes as hazardous and non-hazardous per procedure.
- Ensure safe handling of rejected chemicals (Safe loading/unloading, storage & timely disposal as per the procedure)
- Ensure contingent workers PPE (Inventory, issuing and maintenance) compliance.
- Ensure weighbridge is in operation for waste vehicle weighment.
- Shall be responsible for initiating the Gate pass for the scrap disposal wherever required.
- Coordination with site logistic & accounts team for custom related documentation/clearance
- Maintain of all documentation are appropriately, keeping all files in safe manner.
- Ensure current inventory of all tools/tackles & their timely inspections.
- Coordinate with EHS/Engineering, ensure environmental data are displayed on daily basis.
- Ensure & maintain good housekeeping at all the areas.
