Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a DCDP- pastry (post) at Churrolto. The DCDP- pastry will be responsible for preparing and producing pastries, cakes, and desserts. They will also manage inventory and supervise junior team members in the pastry kitchen.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in pastry preparation and production
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, measurements, and mixing techniques for pastries and desserts
  • Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
  • A passion for creativity and innovation in pastry making
  • Certifications in pastry making or a related field is a plus
