About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Games24x7 Foundation, who will be responsible for spearheading, executing, and championing our cause of stimulating an impact for generations to come. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CSR programs, specifically targeting the youth segment. Identify, strategize, and prioritise initiatives that align with the foundation's CSR objectives and values. Collaborate with internal teams, identify external partners, and stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives. Assess the efficacy of ongoing programs, measure impact, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure alignment with set goals. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Develop strong relationships with community partners, NGOs, and government entities to amplify the reach and impact of CSR programs. Oversee communication strategies to share the success stories and impact achieved through various CSR initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience (4-5 years) in leading and managing CSR or social impact programs, preferably focusing on youth empowerment and education. Strong understanding of CSR best practices, trends, and methodologies. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of programs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and partners effectively. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Passionate about social impact, equity, and inclusion.
