The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales of pvc soft films, specifically for rainwear and luggage sector. They should be able to analyze each step of the sales and collection process, develop and make effective use of a team to deliver desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, new product developments, collections,
• Analyze market conditions and inventory to establish areas for improvements
• Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and marketing or sales
• 10+ years of experience in PVC calendar line
• Experience in sales
