Position:

VP- Global Sales

Role Overview: As a VP- Global Sales at KYC Hub, you will be at the helm of finding new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships. Your mission is to drive the growth and expansion of our customer base, both in India and across international markets. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B software sales, particularly in the financial services and fintech sectors, who can also lead a team and meet their own targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Closing Deals:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise and mid-market segments, spanning India and international markets. Lead Generation:

Collaborate with and train our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) team to build a robust pipeline in the mid-market financial services sector. End-to-End Sales Management: T ake charge of the entire sales cycle, from initial client prospecting to finalizing deals. Partnership Building:

Forge lasting partnerships by unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building. Adapt and Thrive:

Continuously assess and refine your approach, ensuring the pipeline and targets are on track. Product Showcase:

Present product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our solutions. Negotiation and Record Keeping:

Skilfully negotiate agreements and maintain meticulous records of sales and data using our CRM system. Building and Mentoring Team:

Hire and grow the team

Qualifications:

B2B Sales Expertise:

Prior experience in B2B sales especially closing enterprise deals is a must. Communication and Relationship-Building:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to forge strong professional relationships. Drive and Enthusiasm:

Previous exposure to a startup sales environment is a valuable asset. Proven Success:

Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets. Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in sales technology, including tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Lead Generation:

Ability to generate your own leads and cultivate relationships. Analytical Skills:

Strong numeracy skills with the capability to define and meet pipeline metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Quick Learner:

Adaptability and a quick learning curve are highly regarded.
