Current opportunity: Technical Implementation Specialist What you will do: Join our Implementation team in a dynamic role reporting to the VP of Global Implementation and Project Operations. As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will leverage advanced Excel and Power BI skills to collaborate with teams in Global Products, Service Delivery, Quality, Account Management, Business Development, and directly with client companies. Your focus will be on delivering automated and technical solutions to enhance processes.

Responsibilities: - Implement changes to various case management systems and databases following established change management processes.
- Conduct Quality Assurance checks on change management activities.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for the leadership team.
- Generate and maintain various reports as directed by department leadership.
- Test, recommend, and implement new processes to achieve business objectives.
- Identify risks and inefficiencies in implementation processes and propose technology-based solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SAM, IT, Service Delivery) for issue resolution, resource allocation, and task management.
- Manage internal action items required to complete various projects.
- Participate in/manage company-wide projects related to technology aspects for implementation.
Qualifications/Skills: To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI.
- Efficient time-management.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- A problem-solving attitude with a keen sense of resolution.
- Great attention to detail.
