Role specifications
As the EA to the CEO and Manager - Administration, this role involves providing day-to-day support to the CEO as well as driving the Administration function within the organization. Additionally, this position will be required to support and execute events internally and externally for Drip Capital in close collaboration with People Operations and Marketing.
This will be a predominantly work-from-office position - 5 days a week (Andheri-East, Mumbai).
Responsibilities include:
Executive Assistant to CEO
Calendar management and meeting coordination
Correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
Expense management
Support travel arrangements
Event coordination and management
Manager - Administration
Overall administration costs management and optimization
Office facility and manpower management
Pantry management
Vendor and AMC management
Corporate Gifting
Petty cash management
Supporting internal and external events
Event Management
Vendor and organizer coordination
Collaboration with internal and external parties for event materials management
Managing event booths/stalls
Managing event registrations and nominations
What we look for:
Experience and Skills
6-8+ years of experience in EA and Administration responsibilities
Experience with different meeting platforms such as GMeet, Zoom etc.
Comfortable working with PPT and Excel (intermediate level)
Bachelor degree from a reputed institution
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
High sense of ownership with a bias towards execution
Humble, open to feedback and collaborative
