Position: Zonal Head
Location: Gujarat
Report to: Director and Head - GT/Channel Sales
Zonal Head Job Responsibilities:
Zonal Head work with a company's biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership. ZH will be predominately responsible for driving Channel Sales across the zone business in the respective city/territory/area
Zonal Head Job Duties:
.Driving Channel Sales across the zone business in the respective city/territory/area
.Build Xiaomi brand as most loved brand within the zone and drive sales via offline channel.
.Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies.
.Responsible for driving sell in, sell out and sell thru across all categories and at distributor/retailer/dealer level.
.Build strong team under him/her which delivers high productivity and stakeholder management.
.High on multi-tasking and handling multiple stakeholders and ensuring resolution against any challenges zone is facing
.Should understand phones, AIOT & TV as a category and how they operate
.Strong understanding of tech. industry
.Execute local marketing and brand building strategies in liaison with retail marketing team
.Monitor local end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales, efficiency & productivity
.Build relationships with local regulatory bodies and manage regulatory concerns (if any)
Desired Candidate Profile:
.Must have deep expertise in channel sales, distribution and retail operations
.Prior team leading experience. Should be able to manage large teams
.Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
.Should be OK with extensive traveling
.This role will handle 6 to 7 Cr of turnover, hence prefer a candidate managed P&L for big accounts.
.Minimum 9+ Years of experience. Up to 15 years
.Good to have Master degree in Business.
