Job description
The role requiresthe employee to execute the tasks allotted by the reporting manager(s), inrelation to the following areas:
Implementation of hedge program Identificationof hedge transactions to be executed based on the approved hedge program and cashflows received from the actuarial team on a periodic basis.
Execution of hedge transactions Pricingof derivative transactions. Negotiate and execute derivative transactions withcounterparty banks and entering deals in the system. Undertaking the settlementof FRA transactions on maturity.
Transaction Documentation - Reviewtransaction term sheets and deal confirmations of all derivative transactionsexecuted.
ISDA Negotiations Liaisoningwith internal teams while negotiatingISDA CSAs with counterparty banks.
RoleSpecifications:
Education Post-Graduate(CA / MBA) with 4-5 years of experience
