Job description
In need of a tool support developer who is responsible for enhancing and providing technical support/assistance to internal Engineering users of various software tools. The tool support developer will help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the tools, provide guidance on how to use them effectively, and ensure that the tools are functioning properly. They will also be involved in developing and maintaining the tools, creating documentation and training materials, and collaborating with other teams to improve the overall user experience.
Responsibilities of tools in the Engineering suite include the following:
- SharePoint Admin (Permissions/Structure/Site design and maintenance)
- Design/Develop/Maintain SharePoint driven custom list/libraries/site pages
- Design/Develop/Maintain various data sourced Apps/User-Interfaces that help drive productivity and usability created via Microsoft PowerApps
- Design/Develop/Maintain various data sourced automated flows that help drive productivity and automation utilizing Microsoft Power Automate
- Planview Portfolio's Admin (Permissions/Structure/attribute design and maintenance)
- Planview Agile Place Admin (Permissions/Structure/fields design and maintenance)
- Planview Tasktop (Hub) Admin (Integration/structure/mappings creation, design and maintenance)
- Azure DevOps Admin (structure/process design and maintenance)
- Maintenance and development of customized Power BI software/reports
- Knowledge of Python programming language a bonus
