This role is for our new and upcoming product which helps increase sales for Small and Medium Businesses. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative located in Jaipur. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of the company's products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiating Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the training and enablement industry and current market trends Experience in B2B sales and familiarity with CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred Experience in the technology industry or related field is a plus. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
