Job Description

. Coordinate periodic audits of MEP infrastructure and addressing critical issues on priority.
. Evaluating emerging technologies.
. Implement other centralized initiatives related to MEP.
. Repository of all MEP and other project related documentation, like drawings, manuals, records, test reports commissioning reports are in place and well maintained.
. Facilitating for compliance of all regulatory requirements of MEP infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

- Graduation in Electrical (Preferred)/Mechanical Engineering, preferably with Program/ Project Management exposure.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience preferably in Commercial complexes, Hospitality Projects.

- Hands on Technical skills in MEP
- Ability to engage with Stake holders and drive for results.
- Project Management Skills

What's on Offer

. Performance monitoring of all critical infrastructure across all parks in coordination with Operations department.
. Developing Energy, Environmental conservation programmes and O & M policies and Procedures and coordinate with all stake holders for effective implementation.
. Developing templates for Utility consumptions monitoring and MIS generation.
. Ensure MIS are provided as per requirements.
. Transitioning of New projects for HOTO.
