Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Ratnagiri. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to identify and develop sales opportunities and provide support to our customers throughout the sales process.

• Aptitude for understanding technical products and solutions
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field(Automation)
