Job Overview
This full-time position is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in bulk hiring and telesales. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a good knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) are required. Proficiency in English is a must.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in hiring for a variety of roles, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing company.
- Proven track record in bulk hiring and telesales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO) and its recruitment requirements.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requisitions.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
Roles And Responsibilities - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Building a strong candidate pipeline through various channels and maintaining a database of potential hires.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on recruitment metrics to management.
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires and facilitating their smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
