Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer role available with Netlabs Global IT Services Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time contract position with a minimum experience requirement of 5 to 8 years. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Microsoft Office Certified Training, Office 365 Administration, MS Teams Administration, and overall training skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Microsoft Office Certified Trainer certification
- Proven experience in conducting Microsoft Office Certified training
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 Administration and MS Teams Administration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior trainers
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze training effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality Microsoft Office Certified training sessions to employees and clients
- Develop course content and training materials for Microsoft Office applications
- Administer and manage Office 365 and MS Teams platforms, ensuring smooth functioning and user support
- Assess the training needs of employees and recommend suitable programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address knowledge gaps and training requirements
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Office applications and technologies
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions
- Maintain documentation of training activities and progress of trainees
