Job Profile :
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within our engineering team, providing support to Sales & Marketing, Product & Project Sales.
General Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Preferably background in HVACR
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Experience / Education :
2+ years of sales coordination experience in air conditioning industry.
Responsibilities :
Coordination with Sales Team:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
Follow-up with Clients for Closure:
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to facilitate the closure of sales deals and address any inquiries.
Coordinate with Factory/Principle for Delivery:
Work with the manufacturing and project teams to coordinate product and project deliveries in accordance with client expectations.
Payment Follow-up:
Proactively follow up on payment schedules, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain Daily MIS:
Keep detailed records of daily sales coordination activities, maintaining an up-to-date Management Information System (MIS).
