About the role

We are looking to hire energetic, focused individuals to join us as B2B Sales Development Ninja to streamline the next steps of Thunder Brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Create compelling content tailored for the LinkedIn platform, including posts, articles, and multimedia assets, that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand messaging. Manage and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking, to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on LinkedIn in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers and driving meaningful conversations. Analyze and report on key performance metrics and insights from LinkedIn analytics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and lead conversions, to track progress and inform future strategies. Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and best practices in LinkedIn marketing, as well as industry developments, to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including content, design, sales, and analytics, to align LinkedIn marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business goals. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends on LinkedIn, and leverage insights to benchmark performance and identify areas for differentiation and improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders on LinkedIn to amplify our brand reach and credibility. Implement crisis management protocols and strategies to address any negative feedback or reputation issues on LinkedIn promptly and effectively.

Must Have

Broad exposure to digital marketing including content marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing.

Experience in working with complex businesses like infrastructure, energy, healthcare, financial services, and education and new economy businesses like FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, and EnterpriseTech.

1-3 years of experience in content marketing and social media marketing in Marketing/Advertising industry is a must.
