Job description

1) Compensation Benefits
. Ensure compensation policies are followed in letter and spirit across all zones.
. Educate and monitor that new hires are well within the company norms established for the band and exceptions are duly approved.
. Responsible for completing the annual & Mid-year comp review process along with BCOE for all the verticals
. Ensure adherence to timelines, data accuracy and logics for compensation review exercise.
. Roll out and monitor Benefits programs across all units and locations.
. Manage HR related data in the HRMS for the Business and ensure its accuracy.
. Devising and implementing sales incentives schemes with functional HR SPOCs, Zonal HR
. Revisiting policies at regular intervals to keep them in check with changing competition scenario and to make them employee friendly to attract and retain talent.

2) Job Evaluation
. Ensure job evaluation process is carried out in all verticals in a consistent and uniform fashion, with clear accountabilities documented for each job.
. Ensure that each job has a well-documented and clear job description for each employee
. To update job descriptions, JE database for employees
. Track and maintain the list of jobs and their evaluated Job band for all units.
. To provide necessary support and ensure effective implementation of the job analysis and evaluation process.
. Closely work with BCOE and Zonal HR in timely submission of all relevant information for carrying out job evaluation.
. To work towards defining the purpose of roles, establishing the duties that should be included in the role, determining the associated authorities, accountabilities and relationships, and defining these so that employees have a comprehensive understanding of how their role fits into the organisation

3) Performance Management
. Ensure that performance appraisal process is rolled out such that each employee has well defined goals and there are no overlap.
. Help creating template for role, review quality of goals measure, review productivity and publish productivity reports on monthly basis
. Ensure training / education on performance appraisal to all, Communicate and educate employee on performance management guidelines, monitor annual process
. To plan and ensure individual goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual performance reviews for employees.
. Implement and monitor Performance Improvement Plans.
. Coordinate for normalization of ratings along with ZHR.
. Coordinating with other COE's including Talent Management, Talent acquisition etc to support them on rewards front to bring in schemes, policies, changes.

4) Program Management
. Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of any new programs or systems being launched / ongoing programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities. Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support the entity to provide consistent support across all the required dimension
. Work with external consultants to implement industry specific agenda. Support & coordinate external and internal industry initiatives (e.g., business reviews, industry analyst relations, go to market events/conferences, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning, campaigns & account planning) and use input to differentiating research and thought leadership
