We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Associate to join our fast-growing team.

Location : Kolkata, India

Salary : Up to 3.8 LPA

Experience : 2-5 years

Degree : Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
• Act as an HR Generalist, handling various HR functions such as employee relations, employee life cycle, performance management, policy implementation and other relevant duties.
• Proficiently manage and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for accurate and up-to-date HR data.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyse and present metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any domain.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist functions.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with NSDC SIP (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
