Job description
We are looking to hire a Channel Head to build and preserve trusting relationship with investors in banking channel in Bangalore, Karnataka. Candidate needs to be an excellent communicator, a team leader and able to build and sustain relationship with investors.
Skills Required : NIMS; Mutual Fund Sales; Communication Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the entire BD for Banking Channel for the Region.
- To ensure marketing activities and business promotional activities with the entire banking channel of region.
- To ensure quality sales and service to the banking channel partners of distributions.
- To promote and enhance business of various products and offerings in all the banking channel.
- To build, develop & enhance relationships across banking channel
- Develop and implement strategy to achieve planned growth objectives for their channel
- Run RNR programs to push the AUM
- Develop, execute and manage the strategy and tactical business plan, considering the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities and risk appetite
- Ensuring that the mobilization achieved for all the schemes of the company is the best in the industry
- Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in their respective channel
- Help in communicating a strong and vibrant brand
- Ensuring increase in market share in the banking channel business.
- Liaising with distributors / banks / institutions depending for selling / targeting specific schemes as identified by the Business Head

Qualifications & Experience
- A master’s degree / professional qualifications
- NISM certified
- At least 10 - 12 years’ experience in Banking Channel including a minimum of 3-5 years as Channel Head in the Asset Management Industry
