Job description
Desired Qualifications and Experience :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in Backend Lead or related roles.- Proficiency in back-end technologies (mention specific languages or frameworks relevant to the position).- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying web applications.- Experience with version control systems, databases, and API integrations.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.- Experience with test-driven development.- Experience in the latest versions of Java.Roles and Responsibilites :- Leading and mentoring a team of backend developers.- Providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to team members.- Setting clear goals, managing priorities, and ensuring timely project delivery- Designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance backend solutions.- Planning and architecting robust systems that meet business requirements.- Evaluating and implementing best practices, patterns, and technologies in backend development.- Contributing to technical discussions and decision-making processes.- Defining the technical roadmap and strategies for backend development.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python etc.- Developing and maintaining APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
