Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, review, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for the pre-primary section, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods and instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor pre-primary teachers to ensure high-quality teaching practices.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teacher performance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment among pre-primary faculty members.
- Oversee the well-being of pre-primary students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address the individual needs of students and facilitate their social and emotional development.
- Establish effective communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress, activities, and any concerns.
- Organize regular parent-teacher meetings and workshops to enhance parental involvement in the education of pre-primary students.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to assess teaching methods, student engagement, and overall classroom dynamics.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including educational materials, equipment, and classroom space.
- Collaborate with the school administration to ensure the availability of necessary resources for the pre-primary section.
- Plan and organize events, celebrations, and activities for pre-primary students, promoting a well-rounded educational experience.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure the seamless execution of special programs and performances.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for pre-primary faculty to enhance their skills and knowledge.
