Job description
The Director will be part of Colliers Project Management team and will be responsible for Building and leading the Cost Management vertical across India.
Responsibilities:
. Accountable for delivering results, drive revenue growth and EBITDA profitability.
. Develop and monitor world class and delivery-oriented strategies for implementation.
. Grow trust and build Collier's reputation for delivering memorable service with highest professional.

. Enhances company's reputation for delivering high-quality projects, on schedule and within budget.
. To establish a meeting schedule for all key projects in the region carry out timely and effective.

. Effective utilization and adoption of Colliers technology platforms, compliance to Colliers SOPs,
processes and systems.
. Understand and collaborate with regional and national leaders for developing business.
. Responsible for generating new leads and business.
. Level of Authority
o All authority to ensure project / company deliverables
. Collaborate with Clients on regular basis to take feedback on areas of improvement and follow up
with various teams on the same.
. Advise the senior leadership on all technical matter with the best solution in the industry.
