Job description
As a Project Management Executive with a focus on the defense sector, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless delivery of Tonbo Imaging's innovative solutions. Leveraging your experience in defense-related projects, you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with Tonbo Imaging's objectives in the defense sector. Ensure that projects are strategically aligned with the unique needs and requirements of defense clients. Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of project managers and professionals dedicated to defense-related projects. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. Project Oversight: Oversee the successful execution of defense projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Client Engagement: Serve as the key liaison between Tonbo Imaging and defense clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables. Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks specific to defense projects, incorporating strategies to address challenges unique to the defense sector. Implement effective change management processes to accommodate evolving project requirements. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes to meet or exceed the high standards required in defense-related projects. Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks. Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to ensure the efficient execution of defense projects. Collaborate with other departments to secure necessary resources. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management, stakeholders, and defense clients. Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of [1] years in defense-related projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. In-depth knowledge of defense industry standards, regulations, and protocols. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams in complex defense projects. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
