ABOUT THE PROFILE:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Associate for our e-commerce platform for kids' apparel & lifestyle needs, to help our clients in selecting fashionable outfits and ensure they leave satisfied. The candidate should also provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the organization to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and meet their expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain a detailed customer database and buying patterns
- The aggressive approach to customer calls from the database and pushing sales
- Strong follow-up calls
- Strong implementation of sales strategies (discussed with the seniors)
- Regular calls with customers w.r.t their behavioral patterns on the website
- Identify clients' needs and help them find clothing items that fit their criteria
- Create complete looks from head to toe to match clients' style
- Offer personalized styling tips
- Inform customers about fashion trends
- Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
- Remember loyal customers' names, sizes, and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
- Indulge with customers and their kids and eventually develop a strong relationship with them
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Responsible for sending e-catalogs/videos/bulk messages/communication posts/etc. such sales materials
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Fashion Consultant or similar role in the fashion industry
- Sales experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good analytical skills
- Optimistic & Aggressive approach
- Ability to create looks for different styles, occasions, and body types
- Up-to-date with all fashion trends in outfits, shoes, accessories, and makeup
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Proficiency in English & Hindi
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
