Role: Medical Writing Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad, India (onsite)

Experience: 3-4 years

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator cum Medical Writer. Based in Hyderabad , this role offers the opportunity to work onsite and contribute to our exciting projects in the healthcare industry .

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehend client requirements and facilitate effective communication with the team.
2. Gather information from doctors essential for tasks assigned by management.
3. Delegate new tasks and provide necessary details to the medical writer.
4. Scrutinize content authored by the writer to ensure comprehensive coverage of doctor-provided information and alignment with the brand.
5. Obtain approval for drafted content from doctors and implement required modifications.
6. Solicit feedback from clients, especially regarding branding, on the approved content.
7. Proofread finalized content, including designed materials.
8. Maintain a comprehensive project tracker encompassing timelines, conducted meetings, word count, and other relevant details.
9. Generate monthly reports detailing project progress.
10. Organize and coordinate client meetings, ensuring schedules are effectively managed.
11. Write medical content such as brochures, profiles, and flyers.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Hyderabad.
