Job description
As a Supply Chain Management Intern at LeadSchool, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our supply chain processes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying potential shortages or overages.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with key vendors.
- Order Processing: Support the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate shipments.
- Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain processes, implementing efficiency measures and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Qualifications:
- Immediate joiners
- BTech Graduates preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
