Job Description

Job Title - Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation Functional Consultant

Location - PAN INDIA

Experience - 8 - 12 Years

Job Requirement:

• The candidate should possess 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience.
• The candidate must have expert knowledge in Oracle Fusion Benefits and Compensation module -processes and configuration
• Good experience of working on Benefits and Compensation Fast Formulas
• Good understanding of Benefits and Compensation touchpoints with Core HR and Payroll
• Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements on Oracle Benefits and Compensation
• The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
