Job Title: Food Production Executive

Location: Bengaluru Near Devanahalli (Kempegowda International Airport)

Purpose: This position will assist food production manager in achieving the production target allotted for the respective production unit. Providing suggestions and ideas in improving production efficiency.

Accountabilities: Records and Documentation Managing the work force to achieve the daily production targets Manpower planning Production planning Accountability of RM PM Consumptions.

Duties & Responsibilities: Experience in directing and supervising production personnel Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing processes Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement. Strong Customer Service mindset Ability to understand cost containment and budgetary principles. Scheduling Manpower as the Production Orders. Experience in Process Safety Management and Mechanical Integrity Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of human relations skills, principles and team building processes. Able to work a flexible Shift / schedule. MIS reports on day to day / Weekly/Monthly Day to Day Operational requirements to be monitored.

Educational Qualification and Experience: Essentially required: UG/PG with 4-6 years of Relevant experience from FMCG manufacturing industry.
