Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Coordinator at our Brand Consultancy in Surat. The Client Coordinator will be accountable for the day-to-day client-related activities including understanding client's brief, suggesting them right strategy, co-ordination with team to get task done, keep day to day tracking of activities, preparing mobthly calendar Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service, and customer satisfaction skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Prior experience with customer experience and satisfaction is preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Experience in the advertising and brand consultancy industry is a plus Understanding of creative needs, communication need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferredJob tags
