JOB SCOPE
Role : Quality Assurance Senior Executive (Food Technologist)
As a Senior Executive in Quality Assurance (QA) with a specialization in Food Technology, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our food products. You will lead and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance programs and processes to guarantee that our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Quality Control and Compliance :
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing, packaging, and distribution processes.
Propose and lead initiatives to implement quality improvements throughout the production lifecycle.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing QA findings, trends, and recommendations for management review.
Quality Management Systems:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.
Monitor and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect the latest quality practices.
Training and Development:
Provide training to production and quality control teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging regulations to enhance knowledge and expertise.
Customer Complaints and Investigations:
Lead investigations into customer complaints related to product quality and safety, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, production, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into product design and development stages.
