Overview:
The Executive Assistant Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the executive team contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain handson experience in various administrative functions within a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team including managing calendars arranging meetings and handling correspondence
- Assist in preparing documents presentations and reports for internal and external distribution
- Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries directing them to the appropriate staff
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events meetings and conferences
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by performing various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other interns and team members on crossfunctional projects
- Attend and contribute to meetings taking notes and following up on action items
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Detailoriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fastpaced environment
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
